Simply a lack of ISK. I've also encountered a mission called Technological Secrets (3 of 3) which features a Republic Fleet Stabber which orbits you very quickly at 30k. I was unable to touch it, any thoughts?

yes, ccp are aware and are planning a fix, fingers crossed it might be tomorrow. i'll also note, that this bug applies to petitions as well as mails, just in case that wasnt obvious.

I had an issue like this. Working Proven Solution: Diable In-Game Audio. Possible Other Solution: Start>Run> 'dxdiag' OK> Audio tab> No Hardware Acceleration.
